The automatic saw with inverter is designed to perform 90° cuts on aluminum and brass with high precision and quality of surface finish.
The machine, an up-cut type with an automatic cycle, guarantees fast and precise cuts at 90°, reducing processing times and improving production efficiency.
It is equipped with a controlled-axis bar feeder, with ball screw feed, linear guides, and double/triple pitch (0 – 475 mm), driven by a brushless motor to ensure smooth movements and high repeatability.
The cutting tolerance reaches ± 0.1 mm, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy even on small workpieces.
A pneumatic system for automatic separation of the cut piece ensures the maximum quality of the cut surface and prevents any damage during piece exit.
