Automated storage systems
MODULA MC50 D DOUBLE BAY AUTOMATED STORAGE SYSTEM
Technical specifications:
- Number of drawers: 33
- Drawer dimensions: 2500×857 mm
- Drawer capacity: 500 kg each
- Barcode reader
- Graphic LED bar with bay lighting
- Parts counting scale from 0 to 3 kg
- Parts counting scale from 3 to 15 kg
The MC50D automated storage system is designed to optimize storage space and improve logistics efficiency within the production area.
Thanks to its compact structure, the system allows for a significant reduction in the space occupied by materials, as well as minimizing search and retrieval times for items, simplifying handling and increasing overall productivity.
The configuration with an external double bay and double loading level ensures a significant increase in operational efficiency, as it reduces waiting times between one drawer and the next.
During operations on the first drawer, the second is automatically retrieved and brought to the second loading level. Once operations on the first are completed, it returns to the machine, while the operator can immediately proceed with the second, ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted workflow.
The MC50D represents an ideal solution for automated material management, offering ergonomics, speed, and precision in storage and retrieval operations.
GUHRING TM326 TOOL STORAGE SYSTEM
